You don’t need to make an account, just place your order with your card and we will deliver you oil.

I have not received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide when ordering. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you can’t find the email, please contact our team for help via the contact us page located here.

How long does delivery take?
We offer same day or next day delivery in most cases.
Where does Oil Direct deliver to?
We deliver all over County Galway, there is a full list of towns that we deliver in our order oil page.
Payments
What payment types are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit cards
What if my tank doesn’t take the full amount of Heating Oil I order?
If your tank doesn’t take the full amount that was ordered, we will refund your card with the difference. If the amount that is delivered is less than what was originally ordered the price per litre may increase.
